Hi, I'm Claire
I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting my career in London as a personal trainer and fitness instructor before moving to Australia In 2017 where I continued my work in the wellness space. In 2020 I returned to the UK in the midst of covid and decided to gain my qualifications as a STOTT certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. Shortly after, I founded Divine Pilates.
I'm all about mind-body connection and teaching in a way that helps you really understsand the movements, not just go through the motions. I want you to feel stronger, more in control and truly connected to your body. My sessions focus on improving strength, posture and flexibilty but more than that, they help you develop confidence and a positive relationship with your body. Expect good vibes, plenty of support and maybe a few laughs along the way.
